Why bother Blogging?
There are a host of reasons why people write blogs, and each person will have different motives for doing so. However there is no doubt that sharing your thoughts with the wolrd can help to build your own profile and also will in time increase your contact base.
So if you've never written anything before in a blog, here's your chance. Our blogging software allows all members to share their thoughts through words, pictures and video, and to comment on articles posted.
So why not register now and give it a go.
How to Start?
There's no real secret, you just need to give it a go. Write some light stuff about you, don't try and sell your products or services, but think that a blog is a way of developing your personality online.

Some days BIG things......
Some days little things.......
Every day Amazing things.
How often though do you stop and acknowledge what a brilliant job you do? How often do you stop and thank yourself for all of the gifts you give, the smiles you create and the steps you take towards your goals? It's so easy to get caught up in the "on to the next thing" mentality without stopping for a moment to acknowledge what you just did. I wonder whether it's the culture we grow up in? That you are discouraged from self-praise and self- acknowledgement. They twist it and make it negative by calling it Boasting or Blowing your own Trumpet! And when it's born out of ego and is over the top - well, quite frankly, nobody is very impressed! When it comes from a place of gratitude though - well, that's a very different intention and energy. Sadly we connected the same meaning to the two and got rid of both!
So - let's begin the "I'm so grateful to be me and for the positive steps that I take" campaign :-) Let's begin to recognise when we do the things that can be celebrated. What could they be?
* Waking up and being thankful for a good night's sleep
* Stopping to give some one a lift
* Stopping to give some one a smile
* Making the effort to brighten your own and someone else's day
* Making some one a cuppa!
* Completing that report
* Doing that assignment
* Taking that little action to progress a goal
* Calling that friend you've been meaning to call for ages
* Writing that blog or article or email
* Cooking a lovely meal
* Creating some thing beautiful from your imagination
* Reading that book
* Going out for that walk
Gosh - the list could be endless! :-)
So find 5 things right now that you did today.........that you can say "Great Job Me!"
Take your right arm - put in straight up by your ear, bend it at the elbow and give yourself a big pat on the back for a job well done!
Go on......give yourself a big hand for being Amazing! Notice how good it makes you feel, especially if you do it with a big smile too :-)
