Junction 31 is a site for business people to widen their network, seek and share professional advice and create long term supportive relationships.
Within the site there are opportunities for formal sharing and learning as well as options for posting details of individual members, their businesses and events they may be involved in.
Nothing is prescriptive. That way the network will evolve the members want it to. |

Groups Creating a group is a great way of bringing people together online to share ideas or as an aide to communication to an existing network. |

Is there a way to tell my friends? |
|
To invite your friends and business associates to join the Junction 31 network you can use the tools in the Community window - the one with all the small photos. On the middle tab, "Friends" select "Invite Friends" and enter the details and your message in the window that opens. We will then do the rest for you. But please don't spam people, that's not our style. |

If you've got some News that you'd like to add you'll need to send it to us for posting. We plan to provide a News Upload tool soon, but for the moment it's not yet there. Just email us the content and we'll do the rest for the moment. Email:

The Video pages show videos that are hosted outside Junction 31, so the first thing you'll need is a video source like YouTube. Once you've got the URL of the video you can add it through the Add Video tab. |

Are there any membership rules? |
|
Not really! We just expect people to be open and honest and to play the game. As long as we're all passing helping each other and eventually passing business, we don't want to be too prescriptive. We don't limit categories of business, we don't demand exclusivity of membership and nor do we insist that you eat a meal you don't want or need! |
Do you think of yourself as a person or a business? In truth you are both. That's why we've built a profile system for you as a person and also as a business.
The person profile is managed in the main Community window (the one you see whea logged in) whilst the business profile is accessed via the left hand menu.

I haven't got a computer, what can I do? |
|
Without a computer, it will be very difficult for you to be a member of the Junction 31 network. We also recommend a broadband connection to maximise the website's multimedia content. |

Why is the business called Junction 31? |
|
Good question! The business is headquartered in Cardiff, which is served by junctions 29 to 33 of the M4 motorway. But as you head west you'll realise, there is no Junction 31 - and that makes us the missing link in business communications. |
